DISPATCHING TIMING OF ORDERS
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of being placed. Please note that during busy periods and in sale, this is sometimes not possible and we regret we cannot make any amendments to purchases once ordered. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can track your order by clicking the link in the email or track your order.
Above shipping times are estimates quoted by our courier companies, so MUJURI cannot be responsible for any delays after dispatch. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that MUJURI will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may happen.
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
We offer worldwide shipment, but due to courier restrictions we cannot deliver to any military addresses like PO Box addresses or APO addresses. All orders will be shipped with fully trackable delivery.
Import duty & taxes
The customer is responsible for any taxes, duty or charges that may be incurred. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.
