1. How quickly will my order be shipped?
Usually orders will be sent within 3 working days(Except Holidays and Festivals).
2. What are your delivery timeframes?
Delivery to the most countries like US&Canada&Mexico&UK estimated at around 7 to 15 days by standard delivery. Usually we use standard delivery. 
3. If I am an international customer, do I need to pay import charges?
Depending on the value of your order, your parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of our hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be.
4. Can I cancel my order or make changes?
To make sure you receive your new order ASAP, we'll start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel or edit it, this specially applies if the order is already in transit on it's way to you.
5. Our Returns Policy?
 If you change your mind you can return your item for a refund or exchange within 30 days. All returns should be sent back unworn, in their original packaging and with a fully tracked + signed delivery service. We process returns within 30 days and funds will return to your account within 10 days. If you received a free gift with your order, and you are looking for a refund, you will need to return both items to us.
6. How do I return my order?

7. Will my original shipping charge be refunded?
 Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
